Hi, I was migrating from Microsoft Live@EDU to Office365, and as a Result, the user should have two accounts, an Office365 Migrated Account, and a Microsoft Personal Account for using Skydrive, the data that the user was storing should have been kept.
We have a User that, trying to logon received the Message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account". I tried to get support for this issue and was recommended to create a new account with the same name, you'll
imagine that I didn't recover the data with these procedures. After creating a new account with the same name, support from Live@EDU can't help me out with this, I still have the URL's of some documents stored in the OLD account that i'd wish to recover. I've
been told to ask for help to the skydrive community. Is there anything that could be done to recover those files, and if possible, the complete account?
I have tried everything, including on-line chats via outlook.com on facebook. I get this every time.

I cant leave the account inactive as something is stuck on it which auto-forwards every email, which cannot be stopped, so it has to be closed.
I have cleared cache, sorted silverlight, checked browser type... I just want to close the account!

Hello I tried to log in to my hotmail account yesterday on my phone and couldnt as it said my password was incorrect. Its asking me for my favourite historical person but this was not even my security question so I obviously dont know the answer. I really
need to get back into my account its an account I've had for 14 years! Can someone please please help, what do I do???

deleted 3 emails in the junk mail folder. Is there a way to retrieve them?
Since about a week ago (since Outlook was down) all my emails from work are going straight to my sent folder. Any clue as to why & how can I fix? This is only happening from my office email account.

I am having difficulty to consistently attach photos to my email program and send it.
I recently changed my email address. Now when I go to SkyDrive my files are gone. I tried to add the old address as an alias but it wouldn't work. Can I please get some assistance? I need to get to my files.
