I am trying to setup my domain on domains.live.com and I keep getting the error 'This domain has already been registered with Windows Live Admin Center.  You may register nosnets.co.uk with a new Live ID, but you must make the required DNS changes to allow you to make changes to the domain. Until you prove ownership, you cannot manage Microsoft services for this domain.'

If click continue, it just asks me to 'review settings and accept agreement' and it then resets back to the 'Create Microsoft Services experience for your domain' again. If I follow the prompt everything just goes in circles and I can never see the DNS entry settings. I have tried countless times now and it just goes in circles.

I made the mistake of cancelling it from the domains.live.com interface. Can you stop this so I don't have to wait another 30 days to try this again? I am trying to move from Google Apps to Outlook.com.

unable to opne a word document in onenote web app

I no longer can open a word doc within the Skydrive OneNote web app. in the resent past you could just double click on it and it would opne. now you can't. if you right click it will let you down load it, but I am working on a project with other people and we are sharing the documnts and when I down load the doc, make the needed changes it will not let me copy and past new doc back into skydrive. how can access the doc's in Skydrive better?

Also, I have tried IE, Firefox and same problem.

no response from escalation agent for 3 days

Hi 

I have been tryng unsuccessfully to get my mother's account unlocked for her.  I originally posted to the community on the 14th August and it was escalated to an escalation agent on the 16th. 

Having successfully verified the details for the account 7 times over the past week, using my email as an alternate to my mother's.   On logging in using the new password the account remains locked.  The process is broken for her account - as I have told the escalation agent. 

The escalation agent has not  responded since 1425 on the 17th August to the private support request messages to resolve this issue.  Please can you update me to what is happening.  Very frustrated.  Please help to resolve this.

domain.live email cannot receive but can send

I register domain.live for setting up mail server in my domain.

Now we can receive email from window live server only but otherwise email (Gmail, yahoo, etc) did not work.

Please help me.

I need help to recover my hotmail account

An account which I have had since 1999 appears to have been deleted. I have tried accessing it and I can't get into it. Please help. This email address has important information contained in it and is still relevant and should have been receiving emails which I need to access. Can you tell me how to go about this, I desperately want to gain access to it.

Hi, 

 

I am trying to add my Talktalk email account to my Outlook.com account so I can read my POP eMail in the Mail app on my Surface Pro in Windows 8.  I have tried to add both a "send only" account and a "send and receive account" but I receive an error message saying "There's a problem connecting to the SMTP mail server" every time.

 

Any ideas how to resolve the problem?

I was one of the people having problems over the last week and I am still having some problems.  I can get my current mail if I set my phone to sync up to one month however when I try to sync all my mail with no limit, my current email disappears and Outlook will load only the emailsl going  back to May, 2011 and earlier. I have deleted the account and installed it new several times with no change in the behavior. I can see all of the mail on my computer with no problem.  At one point I thought it was working okay because I had my current emails and older emails but soon realized that it was missing all of the emails between 7/13 and 5/11.  Everything was working perfectly before this past week!

Hotmail slow in receiving e-mails from POP 3 accounts

I have just purchased a new computer with Windows 8 and I hate the Outlook e-mail set up so I am using my Hotmail account to import my outlook e-mails.  However they are really slow in being received into Hotmail.  When I check the Outlook, there are the messages but then if I go into Hotmail (which I much prefer to use) they aren't there for quite some time.  This applies when I have purchased something online or other e-mails which normally would be almost instant.
