Have successfully used SkyDrive to store move around 7Gb of My Documents folders from my PC to my small HP laptop both Windows 7. The laptop SkyDrive directory is reversed: Z at the top, A at the bottom. The PC is unaffected, A-Z as always. Have explored folder options in Control Panel, Windows Help and elsewhere online. Stuck. Many of my folders have prefixes to set them accessibly  at the "A" end. Help please. Thank you, routabout

How can I block a sender of emails to my Hotmail account?  A persistent and troublesome stranger is constantly sending me emails.  I have no idea how this person got my email address and the sender has a peculiar email address.  I need to block these nuisance email and ideally I need the sender to be aware of the block.  I cannot find a way of reporting this to Hotmail!!

Is there anyway to find out if MS have a backup of data on the Skydrive? It would seem that a really important folder (A2A) has disappeared from my HD and Skydrive. There's no copy in the Recycle Bin which if I had deleted should be there.

There was a bit of a glitch earlier when I was reviewing folder contents, the contents were not loading and the search (green activity bar) was sitting there for ages. I switched away to do something else and now the folder and its contents are not there (or anywhere). I've got some important artwork that I was working on for a theatre company...

Any ideas, help would be really really helpful.

Many thanks

Wendy

Hello

Could I please request IP Audit and Login history for this account, as I feel that someone not authorised to access my account is login in via this account and sending out emails on my behalf.

Could I please request this information going as far back as you have records for, this would be greatly appreciated.

I have received the same message for days - server problem - when I try to close the account. It is a unused account that was recently hacked for outgoing virus emails.

Hi,

I have 2 different @gmail accounts added to my @outlook profile, and one of them has recently stopped receiving messages.

I go into <Inbox -> Options -> Your email accounts> and see the following:

Account1 (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

Account2 (on behalf of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

I can then select Details > Edit for Account1 without any issues.

When I go to Details > Edit for Account 2, the error 'Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now' comes up.

I am hesitant to remove Account2, because according to the system it may take a long time to re-add it, and there may be duplicate messages as a result.

The error appears on IE8 and IE9 on 3 different PC's.

Any help would be appreciated.

We, as a company, use outlook for agenda's of our salespeople.
So, I created, about 30 hotmail accounts for every one of them.
They are accessing their accounts from different locations in Europe and we, as a back-office, use their accounts from Africa.
One after the other salesman now has a problem to get in their outlook accounts.
It says that the account has been deactivated and you need a code.
As there is a security email address for every single one of the created accounts, I do not understand why time after time the accounts get deactivated.

What I'd like to understand, is why they get deactivated, the accounts are accessed often, at least 3 times a week or far more.
There is back up information, so no reason to think that the accounts are not used.

And I'd like to know, what I can do to arrange this mess.
Because this is causing so much trouble, that I'm spending my time on solving these issues, instead of working.

Any useful help will be very much apreciated.

Thanks
