Cannot access email on our Mac because we can't resolve problems with family safety
Dear Sir/Madam,
Our company is using the email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as our work email, it works well for past a few years. However it had to be verified since yesterday when we tried to sign in because of it said "It looks like someone else might be using your account".
Because it is used by our company, so it might be used by a few people meanwhile. We tried to verify, But the alnative email address has been disabled, the alnative email address comes from a domain was cancled. And the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was applied a few years ago by one of my colleagues who has left our company, we can not reach her any more, so nobody knows what is the security question answer.
We most used this email from our company, so I think you can check the IP use record to verify. Could you please help us on this emergency issue? Our business is waiting for some important emails.

I purchased the ad-free outlook and still see the annoying ads! Help!
My Outlook.com quit syncing with my Lumia 920. I already did a full reset and it is still not working. I cannot remove the account without resetting again as it is the Live id for the phone.
I have deselected the option to allow edit and require sign in. I tested this in a third party email and upon receipt, I am still able to view all of my private information in my outlook account. The only way this is not visible is if I completely close
out my outlook after sending it. This option requires one to sign in to the outlook to view anything beyond the skydrive folder.
I am a Nurse Educator at a nursing home and trying to set up an email address for every staff member (50+ staff), this is so they can access educational materials. We have no budget for a domain name or to purchase business emails (this is a not for profit
organization). I managed to set up three email accounts before being shut down. Most of our staff are either very reluctant to use their personal email accounts or simply do not have them as they are computer illiterate. Any suggestions please?

I am not receiving many emails, and the sender is getting a message back saying the is undeliverable
I recieved a email that my account was growing too fast, so I went thru and deleted many of the emails which were building up and then emptied my delete file. Now, I am not receiving all of my messages and many of the senders are getting notification

Hello, I had created *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and then deleted it because I decided I wanted to use it as an alias with another outlook.com account. But now I get an error that *** Email address is removed for privacy *** still exists when I try to add it as an alias. How long will it take for that
to become available again?
