I cannot log into my account. The email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I have had this account for a while and recently changed the password bc someone hacked into my account.

I no longer have the same cell phone number because it was a company issued phone and our team was terminated. I also do not use the account t o send email on a regular basis since I had my work email account. I already tried all of the other options. I tried to answer my secret question (why does it only show the same question?!?)I also filled out the form but I was sent three emails stating that I did not provide enough information. I then proceeded to call customer service and was told that someone would email me my information to the second email address that I provided. That same lady emailed me this evening (one whole day later) and sent me a link to this discussion. I am a bit annoyed because I am getting the run around. All that I would like to do is access my account so that I can find my Scholastic login information and order my daugther's books.

What should I do?

From about a month ago, I started receiving whatever email I sent out. Every time when I sent an email to someone, I receive an exactly the same email few hours later in my inbox. What is going on?!

I accidently changed my husband's date of birth and he is now locked out of his microsoft account because of parental controls.  Please help.

Thanks.

I'm running Windows 8.1 Beta, and my SkyDrive folder is no longer working. I am unable to update or download files from this computer, however my other computers are working fine, and I can access SkyDrive through the web site on this computer. So basically, both the SkyDrive Windows Store app and the SkyDrive folder are not functioning on this computer, and since they're built in to 8.1, I can't uninstall or reset them.

I've already dealt with Microsoft support over an account issue I was having with Bing, and the problem was determined to have been because I'm using a VPN, so my account was blocked due to the large number of different connections. The Bing team was able to simply reactivate my (rewards) account. So, I assume this is a similar issue.

I checked the outgoing connections in Fiddler, and here's what appears to be notable. When I attempt to download a file from the SkyDrive folder, this is the outgoing request:
GET https://skydrivesync.policies.live.net/policy/SkyDriveSyncV2 HTTP/1.1

If I try to use the SkyDrive Windows Store app, I get a message saying "To connect to your SkyDrive, you need to go to PC settings and update Windows." (http://i.imgur.com/xG7z40I.png) If I click "Go to PC Settings", it brings me to the Windows Update section and it says there are no available updates.

I submitted a ticket yesterday on the page for suspended accounts, but they replied saying "We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. If you are still unable to access the account there may be a technical issue with it. You can contact the technical support team at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us"

I have a Microsoft account that is blocked that I cant get reset. I have been trying to resolve this for over 6 months. I have done multiple password resets, sms live code reset, filled out every form possible, contacted customer support at least 10 times, I have contacted Microsoft several times, all with no help. I have received back emails telling me my account has been verified and links to reset have been sent. Every time I do these steps it brings me back to account sign in and then a message telling me my account is blocked. I really need someone to take a real look at this account and tell me how to recover this account. I have been told there is nothing wrong with this account on one of the responses but yet am still unable to log in and use my Microsoft live account. I have spent several months trying to resolve this I would please like some serious assistance. The account that is blocked is under a different email and would be happy to supply you with that information as well as any more you need to get this resolved. Please let me know how to supply you with this info as I do not want to make my private information public. Please help me solve this issue I have done everything asked of me to fix this issue.
I have a dell notebook never had problems until I downloaded AVG and adobe reader now I can't Acess anything at all!   It turns on I can log on   All of the shortcuts are still there but I am unable to open them. It's the same with the start up icon I can get to the list of items that are there but it won't open which means I can't go into the reset program to reset to a early time. My colleague has Outlook on her computer and has since given me permission (editor permissions) to her inbox and one of her folders within her inbox. I am able to see her inbox in my Outlook web app but I can't see the folder she also gave me access and delegate access to. Please help me resolve this so that I can view and edit emails in this folder. Thanks.

Hi,

I've received offensive emails and I need to get hold of the IP information. The mail is sent from a hotmail adress, and if I view the header I can only get the IP from the hotmail server in the US. How can I get hold of the original IP that it was sent from (i e before it reached the hotmail server)?
