Escalation call already from TM Mark Gepila of MSN UA technical support. spoke to customer and was claiming that the account was hacked and wants to permanently close out the account, customer also indicated that she had already contacted FBI to have it
investigated
This keeps happening, and I usually catch it and move them again to my inbox. However, today I moved about 6 messages - they no longer appeared in the junk folder, so I then emptied the junk folder. About an hour later, I checked my inbox and the messages
aren't there. They are also not in any of my other folders, nor are they in the Deleted folder or the Junk folder. I need to reference one of these emails and it seems to be gone. How can I get it back? Thanks.
My Outlook.com (hotmail) account stopped receiving emails this morning. It's not a filtering issue, since nothing has changed since last night. Suddenly, no emails are being delivered to my inbox or junk folder (or any other folder for that matter), but
the emails that I send out are received by the intended recipient.
The outlook.com site claims there are no service issues, so there is little it seems I can do to resolve the issue.
Any ideas?
I inserted an .AVI file (20 seconds long) into Windows Live Movie Maker and received this error-->The file might be corrupt or in a format that Movie Maker doesn't recognize. This movie can't be saved or publish until ******.avi is removed from the project. Error 0x87160139.
Here is what I have tried to resolve this issue:
1. I have tried multiple .AVI files and .WMV files--> YES, all have same error but they all play fine in Windows Media Player on this same Windows 7 (32-bit) machine which means the video files are not corrupted.
2. Installed K-Lite Codec pack. YES, and still have same error.
3. Uninstalled & Reinstalled Windows Live Essentials. YES, and I still get the same error.
4. I also tried logging on as a local administrator just in case the software was trying to write to a part of the registry a user would not have access to and still got the same error.
My conclusion: This software is flaky and should be rewritten or at the very least give better error codes that explain what is wrong. I appreciate it comes for free but make sure software works before releasing it to the masses.
Does anyone from Microsoft (or elsewhere) have a clue what is wrong with Windows Live Movie Maker (16.4.3508.0205)?
After wasting 3-4 hours trying to get this flaky software to work I am at the point of recommending a video editing application that works like Ezvid.

In order to create a new primary alias instead of my existing hotmail.com alias I was forced to first remove my hotmail.com alias as my primary alias, create a new alias and add back my hotmail.com alias as a secondary alias.
But once I removed my hotmail.com alias all my valuable emails and settings were permanently deleted.
Even worse, I am not able to add my hotmail.com alias as a secondary alias.
I tried Microsoft account recovery but it denies existence of any such accounts. Also I also tried creating a new account and it won't let me.
I have lost my emails and my email id. Please help me recover my emails and hotmail.com alias.

I am receiving way to much junk mail. Can I change my email address and keep my save and blocked sender list and inform all save senders of my new email address ?

I created a new account yesterday and I realized I really don't have a need for it. When I try to close that account, I get a message saying you cannot show me the page. I have validated that account twice (email & then text) already and I don't know why

This happened on Monday. I tried another computer and it crashed, The third computer will not allow us to use it. No computer use and it is Thursday. Our computers are XP and Vista so there is no way to get it off. We never put it on in the first place.
