How can I verify my new email account if the message is sent to my new email account which I don't have access to until I verify the account
Trying to open outlook but get error message saying that I am signed in an Office365 account  and need to get out and log on to msn. I am already in MY MSN and I can see the Mail Titles but cant access them
Just today I started getting spam messages into my Hotmail inbox but my email filter is set to exclusive.  Hotmail tells me that the addresses are on my safe senders list but I have checked and they are not.  They are absolutely spam and I do not understand how they are getting through.  I see some other users are having the same problems.  I updated all of my security information which has not corrected the problem.  Seems like a bug that spammers are getting through.  Is there any resolution coming?  When is it coming?  Thanks.

I have about 20-30 '(Unnamed)' entries in my contact directory/address book, which I suspect is allowing remote accounts to email spam directly into my in-box. I tried deleting them, but I get a warning dialog box with following: "Some of there contacts come from another service and can't be deleted. Would you like to just delete the Outlook and Messenger contacts?". Net, I suspect my contact directory/addressbook has been hacked with these records which allow remote bots to spam junk mail directly into my in-box folder. How do I get rid of these entries?

Ok on my Outlook I have ads at the right side, but my friend does not! He doesn't have ad free Outlook but is getting no ads!

How to I turn off ads on my Outlook?

Please help!
the Skype ad stays on can not access my e-mail.  can not get into outlook.  does not accept my e-mail name or password.

I would like to merge a msn.com account with a outlook.com account. Is this possible? If not, how long do I have to wait before adding an alias to my outlook.com account for my msn.com email address if I delete my msn.com account or change the primary address to something else?

Thank you,
