All 3 of the hotmail accounts that we have are letting JUNK mail filter into out inboxes as of a week ago. ALL of our settings are exclusive and safe send list. I have read a ton of these post. IS there nothing being done about this?

Occasionally I do not get some emails to auto forward to my gmail account. The emails are not in the junk either. I do not know what causes this problem. Can someone please help.

I am doing my studies at the Academy and I got a Dreamspark subscription
I have ordered 2 orders
the first : Windows 8 pro 32 bit , Windows 7 professional 32 bit
the second : windows 8 pro 64 bit
and in each order information there is this text :

and now I have used only the windows 8 pro 32 bit and windows 7 pro and I left Windows 8 pro 64 bit so that I can use it on my new laptop that I plan to buy later in year 2014
so will be the key available or it will be blocked
and what about the underlined statement above that I found in the order information
is that mean that I have access to download until 2014 -11 and then I won't be able to access it
or it means that the key will be blocked also
and after 2014 - 11 will I be able to use the key or not ?
To explain the title in further detail, earlier today I was clearing out a couple spam emails from my inbox, and on one of them I accidentally clicked "always showcontent from this sender", or something along those lines.
Annoyingly, I'm now receiving more messages in my inbox, all claiming "This sender is in your contact list" under the additional header info, despite each of the corrisponding emails being from a different address. Of course, I immediately checked my safe senders list and contacts list to see if I could locate anything unusual to remove it, but this was a no-go.
Is there some other method for removal I'm not aware of? Or better yet, why isn't there a button for reblocking senders within the same email?
Some assistance would be appreciated.

The Skydrive icon is gray on one of my computers, and says: not connected! cannot access to the preferences as it is in gray as well. It's running perfectly on the laptop.
