I'm using a different email than my own to post this. My email - *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - was hacked and my password and security question have been changed. I went through the online process of submitting a form with questions about my email and Microsoft
account but it was rejected. I now have another case number to go through the same process again. I do not have access to my email or my son's Xbox and somebody has access to a wealth of my personal information. If the online process isn't working to get this
fixed, what else can be done to resolve this?
i am disgusted with the new outlook instead of hotmail,have been depending on really important attachments being sent to me but cant open them......please help.

I am having trouble from time to time, sometimes yes and sometimes no, logging onto hotmail to retrieve my messages. My Internet Explorer program complains that the website has been blocked because of problems with the Security Certificate. What to do
regarding this problem? My e-mail is important and access to it is vital.
I am trying to reset my password. When I enter the characters in the box and click agree, another box for characters pops up. I have also tried to set up a new account and the same thing happens with the box of characters.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a solution?
I had two live accounts, one was syncing just fine to skydrive but I didn't like the username so I deleted the account. Now, I can't login with the desktop interface on my other (still existing) account. However, I can login to the account online. The desktop client for skydrive just says "There was a problem signing you in" when I try. My user ID for the account I want to keep and sync is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
P.S. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the skydrive client. That did not work.

I've got a Skydrive +100 account which I have used to backup my photos for the past year+. Today, I was looking for some photos and found that the .jpg files had been replaced with a 1KB file (ex: a 2.31MB file named "Italy 2006 001.jpg" replaced with
a 1KB file named "Italy 2006 001.jpg.p2p"). I first noticed this on Skydrive for Windows 7 (Version 2013 - Build but 17.0.2015.0811) but saw the same behavior/replaced files on Skydrive Web.
Any ideas as to why and how to recover the lost files?

i have 2 safe senders id like to delete, not sure how or why they are there. falare.com and belford.ynglyssh@txuihuuh. I've tried to remove them myself but they keep popping back up.
