I have been having a problem logging onto my email account all morning. When I log in I get an error message that says that outlook appears to be having a problem at this time. It then gives me the option to report the problem but I am unable to receive
individual notification of a solution. Can anyone else tell me if they have been having this problem today as well.

I am having trouble from time to time, sometimes yes and sometimes no, logging onto hotmail to retrieve my messages. My Internet Explorer program complains that the website has been blocked because of problems with the Security Certificate. What to do
regarding this problem? My e-mail is important and access to it is vital.
