Why is it birthday's aren't being removed when I remove them as friends on Facebook?
So I have my Facebook account hooked up to my Outlook.com account, which means that birthday's of my friends are loaded onto my calendar on Outlook.com as well. This is all fine and dandy, however whenever I remove a friend their birthday isn't removed.
I try to remove it manually but the calendar says that it can't do that.
We just had to reinstall my OS, after which I reinstalled Windows Movie Maker 2012. This is an app I use regularly but unfortunately, after this reinstall, I am unable to work with animations on all but the first video in my project. When I try to hover over an animation nothing happens, and when I actually click to select one I get an hourglass and the app hangs for several seconds, after which the animation still does not work. I am, however, able to work with Visual Effects just fine.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application twice and I have no idea what could be causing the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

After performing additional testing I realized the problem is not just with Animations. I tried to add another video to test and when I tried to play it, the whole app hung and I received a message saying something like "Sorry this is taking longer than expected. Would you like to close Movie Maker?".
It seems like something is wrong with the app in general, not just with Animations.

I have my emails categorized into folders, but with my moblies devices (iPhone, iPad) all of the folders appear to be empty therefore making my email useless. Is this a known error or something that will be fixed soon? The folders show up on my devices,
but they appear to be empty. The only way I can see them is if I log in on a PC...
Everytime I wish to add a messenger friend on outllook.com (People->Manage->Invite on messenger), I receive the following error:

I need some support. I was going through my account and had accidently closed my account so I am using my friends account to contact someone that might be able to help me. Now when I try to do a password reset it says it no longer exists and I need it

Why can I not overwrite the same documents on Skydrive?
When I make changes to the same document, Skydrive automatically creates a new version of the same document, instead of letting me overwrite it and therefore just having one document. As a result I have about five or six versions of the same document
in my Skydrive folder. This can be very confusing and annoying when I want to consult that document, as it takes me a minute or two to figure out the correct version.
There should be an ability to overwrite the same document and therefore have only one version. That would make things so much easier.

What was especially alarming was that two E-mail addresses from hackers who had attacked my account in 2011 had never been deleted from the password reset link and security information, and thus I feared that codes being sent to me for regaining my account were being made accessible to hackers once again.
