URGENT: Created an alias, then changed primary alias and cannot access Hotmail AT ALL

Hi there, I created an alias for my Hotmail account with an Outlook domain extension. And then I changed the alias to be my primary email.


Then a week later I realised I just want to use my old address and occasionally use the alias.


I was fiddling around with it because when my alias WAS NOT my primary email, I could not access it when on the New Email screen


Now I cannot get into Outlook AT ALL.


People are calling me saying that they are getting a bounceback email when they try to use my primary email, please sort this out URGENTLY I use this account daily,

Hello,

Please help me get back into my hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I last logged in to check mails more than 2 months back.
Now when I try to login to check mails, it is asking me to verify.
I have been using this account for last 12 years and didnot update
mobile number and even the alternate email provided is not use by
me since a long long period. Now I have no way to verify my account.

When asked the same to MS customer care they asking to fill
the form. I did fill form with whatever data I remember, till now no
reply from.

I guess this verification feature is good form MS but atleast give the user some
time(3-6 months) to update their data. I believe MS has done this to protect
all the SamrtDevice users accounts.

Need help urgently, all my important mails and documents are in my inbox.

Skydrive Syncing Issues

I have 8.1 on three computers.  Having problems with skydrive syncing files I enter on a computer.  Certain files will not show up on other two computers or skydrive in the cloud.  Sometimes sync works fine other times it is not working well.  Makes me want to go back to google drive.

Lost emails

I sent out emails to several of my clients this morning and they are now gone!  I went to the sent file, nothing.  I preformed a search by the persons email address, nothing.  Any suggestions?

Required Mobile Number on Sign-In

So the past week everytime I log-in to my Hotmail/Outlook it tells me to enter my Mobile Number and it'd send me a text to activate. I tried basically every time I logged in, but never got a text (yes it's been a week of attempts). Today when I logged on, the skip button said today is the last day I could skip adding a Mobile Number... What am I supposed to do?

Kind of late to switch all my different website accounts to a new email too...

I have an old account to which i am fairly sure of the password but not 100%, however a friend of mine used this account to play a game and associated his account with it etc, the point is it requires the email address to be valid AND matched to a username, meaning the email is correct, now as i've said i haven't used it for a while so i dont know if it ever got hacked and it banned, or it's just old, or if it's some technical glitch but it seems quite common, i will disclose email in a private message to a mod or any person that can help, thanks.

I cant access my domain settings, I have already done the steps for the DNS proving domain ownership and still it reports error

I have filled out the required form 5 times and I keep getting emails back saying that 'the information I have given was not detailed/good enough and my account is still blocked' however I cannot be any more detailed as I was recently hacked so the last emails sent by my account were not from me. I have of course changed the password to prevent this happening again.

I understand for security reasons that is a helpful in some cases but this is my only email address and I have been using the same one for over a decade. The 'backup' email address you keep emailing was an old one that I have since deleted.
I have created this email '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' only as a way to contact you for help regarding my actual email address.

My main email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I would be very grateful if you could help me asap as I am relying on my work email address at the moment that I only have access to during working hours.
