Hi there!

I'm trying to set up a new domain 5x5games.com at the domains.live.com site, but am getting the following error:

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

This domain will be for some friends to have a central point to make video games, and shouldn't be marked inappropriate.

If you previously used Hotmail Plus, your account was automatically upgraded to Ad-free Outlook.com.

Well, I pay for my hotmail account, it is not free.  If I have Hotmail plus, why then was I not upgraded to Ad-free Outlook.com?

SkyDrive won’t finish syncing 5 files – SkyDrive Mac

My SkyDrive will not sync all files on my Mac. It says "Downloading 5 files" and has for about a week. No matter if I restart or reinstall or even switch computer they all have the same issue. I even went through the log file and added the 5 files that it couldn't sync but it still thinks it can't sync them.

Alias deleted my email account??

 My name is Naomi.Let me start by saying that I hope this makes sense. I tried my best to explain my problem without making it too confusing.
 My email address involved my maiden name so today I added an alias to my  email account to reflect my new married name. After this I deleted the other original maiden name alias...which was my email address. My initial idea was that this would change my email address to reflect my new name. Now it is saying, when I try to log in, that the first alias account...the original email account... doesn't exist. I couldn't log in to my email using the new alias either. So then, I created a whole new email account with the alias I changed my email to...my married name. This worked and so I tried to add my first (maiden name) email as an alias but it says that email address still exists. How can it exist but when I try to log on using it, it says it doesn't exist. *sigh* I need to be able to get back into that email account. it has very important emails in it that I need to access. I just wanted to change my email address, I didn't want to make my account inaccessible!!!!I don't know what to do or how to log into my old email account that I started with. Any help would be appreciated.

When I forward an Email, the body of the original Email dissappears from my inbox copy.

I read a message and forward it to someone else.  The original message should remain in my inbox, but the next time I open that item, only the name and address of the forwarded recipient remains.  The entire body of the message has disappeared.  I've checked every setting I can find under options, but can't figure out why this happens.
