Any ideas?
For some reason I have one person that I get email from that won't sync with my phone (GS4). The email will sync with outlook on my PC, but not my phone. And its not all email. Just this ONE person. Can't figure out why.
Outlook.com won't let me edit email accounts. When I got to the settings, More Email Settings, Your email accounts I can see Accounts you've added and outlook aliases. However, there are aliases listed that aren't listed in my aliases when I go to edit my aliases through my Microsoft account, those aliases aren't there. Furthermore, when I try to look at the details for the accounts I've added and it shows me a pop up with a link where I can edit SMTP settings, that link just goes to an error page.
Is Outlook.com not supporting SMTP accounts any more?

I am getting this message when I try to get into Outlook:

All I've seen is numerous microsoft reps in threads saying "I understand you're having a problem and we're sorry." None of that helps those who are blocked from accessing their email.
If there is no fix, then I would ask that you allow my email to be forwarded to a different account. This is frustrating. Before you say "I understand," please look for a way to fix this problem that has persisted for over
a year or just let us know that it won't be fixed.
I just made a mistake and deactivated my outlook email. I did log back in but all my folders and files are gone. Can you help.
I did not choose to delete any emails but when I logged in my entire inbox was empty.
I have lost very important emails, files and messages that are important.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

There IS no personal message...this is my fourth day of attempts to close...I am in retail and I am not allowed to provide this level of service and keep my job. Please help ....
I'm trying to set up a work e-mail address with my outlook email online. Everything works just fine, however, even with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** set as the default "From" address in the settings, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is still the default from address when I create a new message,
and even when I reply to a message sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
The email is set up with POP3/STMP using myCompany.com's server.
What can I do to make it to where whenever I compose an email, or replay to an email, or forward an email, etc, that it will by default be from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***?
