I've been having difficulty helping my sister recover her Hotmail account. She only used it on her iphone and the password was stored in there so she does not remember it. The recovery process has 2 options -
1, Use the recovery email address she set up which is her ex-boyfriends and she does not want to use this.
2, Fill in the recovery questionnaire. - We have done this several time but are unable to provide enough info and just keep getting referred back to the start. Whilst I'm aware why it should not be easy to recover an email address surely there must be an
alternative method from these two options, Just seem to be going round in circles.
Any advice appreciated.

My contacts have disappeared in my Hotmail. And in trying to load the People page I just get an error message and nothing loads.
However I can still reference my contacts on my phone.

Over 3 months my request for password for my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not complied with.
It was linked 4 ids in one.
As you have discontinued this since long my signing for each id separately made me to forget one of the id's password forget.
This id was opened way back in 2007 or 2008. Remembering now and comined siging in linked a/c made me to forget and many mails
in this a/c is held without knowing what is important or else in them.
Will you now atleast help and unblock my a/c with password revealing for closing the future dealings.?

I have office 2013. My outlook displaying count of unread message as 1 but it doesn't display any unread message. I tried by searching all unread message, mark all as read etc., but problem still exists.
As a workaround, I have to go to my webmail and it displays one unread message. When I read it in webmail, count corrected even in outlook.
This is just a workaround. I want a permanent solution. Let me know if you need any other info. I forgot to say that I have setup some rules to move some mails to designated folder. My that folder only shows improper count.

since updating my security proofs i have been unable to log into my xbox live account. Previous security proofs are no longer valid and recently i updated them on accounts.live.com. As i was unable to use those options it started a 30 wait period before
the system would update with my new security proofs. Since then by trying to sign into my xbox live account its asking me to update my security proofs but they have already been updated online. When i try an update them then on the console it then gives me
a error message. I am currently caught in a loop with this system and can not get access to my xbox live account. Can you please update my security now so as i can regain access to my xbox account.

I cannot open files to print them. I can view them online if I select to do so, but then when I go to print them or download into PDF it tells me "There is a problem with this website's security certificate."
This has been happening for two days. Usually I can click on the attachment icon, the yellow pop up at the bottom asks me to save or open the download and then I can either view, save or print the document. But this is just asking me whether I want to view all content, to which I answer yes, and nothing happens.
Please advise what needs to be done,

I am struggling to log into a very old account as it is not reconising my password and i do not have the security information. I am a little worried that my account has been hacked but cannot be sure. I have tried talking to your experts and seem to be getting no where, please help!
