I am having a serious issue opening one of my older outlook accounts for an email that I have from when i went to community college. Since my University and current job both also use outlook every time I try to log into my old email I get this window EVERY TIME.
I tried logging out, I tried closing my browers, I tried deleting cookies. I don't know what to do. Any help would be SO appreciated! I would like to check my email!
Trying to close 3 old Hotmail and 2 old live accounts. Have tried both IE and Firefox on 2 different W8 machines for over 2 weeks here: https://account.live.com/CloseAccount.aspx

This requires me to sign in again the choose a reason
It then loops back to the sign in page/deactivation pages endlessly.
I have tried several times to upload an MP4 video file, that is 1.1Gb in size.
The upload progress icon goes on well, indicating % upload. After 4 hours ( I realize this is a big file) when it reaches 100% upload, the progress report disappears but nothing else happens. No file is uploaded, my memory space remains unchanged. Please help.
