I can view only 3 days worth of messages in any of my folders when I use my iPad.
Would you tell me what call number I should call to turn off my Hotmail Plus service?
I have the Hotmail plus service opened in the US and now live outside the US.
The support center cannot call me back since I'm out of US, so it seems that I should call you to ask the cancel of my service.

When sending to Microsoft domains (hotmail.com, live.com, outlook.com) emails are bouncing with the error 550 SC-001 from the troubleshooting guide this suggests a poor sender reputation. However checking the sender score,
my IP address is rated at 98, almost a perfect 100. We have SPF and DKIM as well as DMARC records set up and ensure that our emails are only to people who have requested them. What is likely to be the issue here? There is a suggestion that other servers
on the same subnet may be at fault, however I have no control over other servers, only my own. Why should I be penalised for the actions of others that I have no control over?
Unable to access hotmail account, the email the verification is sent to is not one of my own. I have tried answering questions to verify but was unable to regain access. Now I am unable to access my xbox live account because of these email issues.

I have it set on a hotmail account and I want it to pull up information from a different hotmail account. There is not where to sing in and out on the folder that installs in windows explorer next to the hard drive icons and desktop shortcut. I want
to make the switch in the app so that it is more like dropbox and I don't have to log into a browser each time. I need to sign out some how so the desktop app pulls up the other account. I tried installing the desktop app over the top of the installed version
and it automatically recognized the hotmail account that I want to make the switch from. Any thoughts?

Here is my scenario, looking for help please.
I have a Desktop running Win7 and use Outlook 2007 for Email, Calendar and Contacts.
I have a WP8 that I had been able to sync everything via an Outlook.com account
I setup in May 2013, for my Email (Verizon) to push to Outlook.com, so my WP8 receives the Emails.
I also setup via Outlook Connector 2010, to work with Outlook 2007 - this allowed all Email, Calendar, and Contacts to sync back and forth between the Outlook.com (WP8) and my Desktop Outlook 2007.
Two weeks ago, my Calendar will no longer push events from the Outllok.com (either via web or the WP8) to the Desktop Outllok 2007 via the Outlook Connector.
My email and Contacts still work both ways, no issue there.
The issue is only on the Calendar.
Any ideas?

I get the following error message when we try to save a picture (which will not appear in the email - just a box where it should be) from the box where the picture should be:

You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.
When I try to log into my account, it says "someone else is using your account" and gives me the option of sending a code to an old email address I no longer own. There is also a link that says "already have a code?" which I dont. The last option is
to submit my proof of identity form. I have done this many times and what they always send me is a link to the password reset page. I then have to fill out the password reset form again "though this one is formatted slightly differently" or have it sent
to the account email address. Lucky for me I am using an Gmail address for the account instead of hotmail or I'd be in an even longer loop. I then get an email that lets me reset my password. However after I change my password and before I get a chance
to update my security information, it gives me the dreaded "someone else is using your account" message again and I am back to square one.
My email address for the account isand the old backup email isnet. If someone could send me a code to enter, or manually change my alternate email to I should be ok. Please DO NOT PASTE THE RESET PASSWORD STEPS!!! I know them well at this point.
This is my XBlive account so using a new Live ID is not an option.
I did the microsoft active sync but when I log onto windowsphone site it does not let me set it up nor shows my phone.. I don't know what section to put this in, sorry if it is in the wrong one.
