How can I unsynchronize my personal hotmail account from my work windows mail account.

I logged onto my work email account and I needed to send a few emails out, but it would not let me send anything out. I can still receive and read emails but I cannot send anything out and when I try this is what it tells me.... - An unknown error has occurred. Subject ******************, Account: ***********, Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.3.4 Requested action not taken; We noticed some unusual activity in your Hotmail account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account.', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

 

I went onto my hotmail account to see what was wrong so I verified my email address with a code they sent to my phone. Then my email was working fine. But my work email on Windows mail will still not let me send any emails out. I tried going into settings and taking my personal email out of there but it keeps saying something to do with POP3? Anyway, my question is, I'd like to know how can I unsynchronize my personal email address/account from my work email/windows mail account. I dont know want to lose any emails from either account. Please help!! I need to get some work messages out ASAP and I don't understand how to fix this problem!
I need detailed step by step help because I have no clue what I am doing!

Animated Profile Pic for e mail

I have two email accounts for my business hotmail.co.uk and hotmail.com and keep them separate for different usage. the hotmail.co.uk has picked up an animated gif as the profile picture it is the same gif from my twitter account but I did not set it as the profile picture, however I like it and would like to have it on the hotmail.com too so I have uploaded it as a profile picture but it is not animated and only showes the first frame.

 

Please tell me how I can  have an animated GIF as a profile picture.  Thank you.

I recently purchased Dark Souls off of amazon.  I launched it off of steam but it asked me to log in to a Games for Windows Live account.  I logged in using a very old email that I haven't used in years and it gave me a message saying "Your parent's Windows Live ID is invalid. Please change it."  I have no idea what this means and I called support and they could do nothing for me.  I tried making a new account but the CD Key is already attached to the old account.

This has been going for two years now, as far as I'm concerned, but I've only decided to make a question about it now. Basically, one day I logged on my email account and it said it was associated with a different email. It was "my *** Email address is removed for privacy ***" and some random letters after the ".com". Why is this? Have I been hacked? I really haven't noticed anything different but it still concerns me. Please reply ASAP.

I am unable to attach files to my emails in Outlook (was hotmail). When I select 'insert', I get this error message 'Not ready yet. Still setting up'.

I know others had this problem in June. I am not in the least technical. I think Outlook is the problem. I have no idea how to revert to the old Hotmail.

outlook slow and continously saying cannot connect to outlook at present time try later .. this was a post on June the 24 and there is a reply saying that this problem has been fixed... not on my computer it hasn't.. it is a continuous ongoing interruption and very frustrating.. sometimes have to delete items three times before a connection is made that the items actually don't reappear in email.... have things saved to draft over an over again because there was no connection.. please tell me what is next in regards to resolution?..

unable to attach files as attachments

I am all of a sudden unable to attach files as attachments to emails.  The drop down box for Insert is present, as are the options.  When I click on Files as attachment, nothing happens.  This just started.

Migrating email and folders from another hosting to outlook.com

I'm intending to migrate all my emails from my older hosting to live.com. I followed all the steps to import my e-mails from other account and I had success importing some emails, however in the the actual account I have a lot of folders that I need to import and these folders were not imported by live.com using pop as connection. Is it an pop behavior or what should I do to import all those folders?

If you guys could open a private message, I can send all the steps I followed and the results I have.
