I would like to change the primary ailas to my Microsoft/Outlook.com account.

This is turning out to be a problem because when I go to the page (https://account.live.com/Names/Manage)
I am presented with this:

Does anybody knows how to remove the policy or how to change the primary alias?

unable to find skydive folder Mac OS X

i get this message every time i now launch skydive, but the folder is always on the hdd. i have un-installed the app and reinstalled it. then tried un-installing it again and removing all .plist files and done a fresh install and no luck. any ideas?

Rec'd e-mail acc't shut down. E-mail gave links to contact but am unable to contact via these links. Is there a phone # I can use?

My outlooks account says it doesn’t exist.

I signed up for an outlook account about a month ago and have been using it up until yesterday.  I tried signing in today and now it is telling me that the account does not exist!  Can someone help?  I haven't renamed the account or anything like that.

I have received no emails at all today

I have received no emails at all today. Some have been sent to me but they are not appearing in my inbox. I have checked my junk file and nothing has been received in there since yesterday either. 

Can anyone suggest what is happening please?

I used to have outlook express using my consolidated.net email address. It is no longer avail. to me because I have Office home and  student .Can I use my consolidated email with Outlook?

Employees at our company are now getting this error when signing up for Microsoft Accounts. Is there a way we can add our IP address to a whitelist or something so that we won't get this error?

how to update my phone # on my hotmail account?

My account has been hacked and i just got the password recovered.  The hacker will probably get it changed again as the phone number is wrong on my account.  How can i update my phone # on my account so that they don't get back in again?  Is there a possibility that they are in my pc and searching everything else in there?  I called Microsoft support ( a # I got off google.ca) and they said it is being used in the Phillipines and Microsoft needs a technician to go online via  remote access to remove the hacker information.  I didn't feel comfortable with him doing that so I ended my call.  Pls HELP I am feeling helpless and very concerned with my personal information being invaded.  Thank you.
