some emails not arriving

Hi,

SOME emails to my custom domain address are not arriving. 

Today specifically an email was sent and never arrived. It was cc'd to my home address and that arrived fine.

I have checked the safe senders list and the domain name is on it. It is also not on my blocked list. I have done a search of all folders to look for the message too, but it isn't there.

Can anyone in support check for me and trace why some emails are not arriving?

When I receive email with pictures the pictures don't show, If I try to forward or reply to the email then the pictures show. Below is what shows when email is opened.


Microsoft Office Mobile Applincation for Iphone

I downloaded the Microsoft Office Mobile app for my Iphone4s.  I have a couple documents saved on my SkyDrive, when I open up Office Mobile on my phone and click on the "open" tab to access one of these documents from SkyDrive they are not there.  I have clicked "add" and nothing happens, any suggestions?

After I login, I get this error:

"The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down."

 

When will my email work?  I need to use my email today.

What happened on July 29 2013? The Case of the Missing Emails

Something happened on July 29, 2013.  I stopped receiving a large portion of my emails.  I usually would have 20-25 emails in my inbox every morning, but since July 29, I get about 6-7 (granted most of the missing emails were commerial ads, but ads and notifications that I had signed up to receive).  I contacted MSN Support, but they were of no help.  The missing emails are not going to Spam, although something happened about that same time to my Junk mail.  Without making any updates to my filter, emails from my bank and other emails that I'd been receiving for years starting showing up as Junk.  I wans't too concern about it, because many of the emails were ads and I've started adding them to my Gmail acct., but the other day, I realized that I had not been receiving a department store credit card payment notification. Any suggestions?

iis.net / windows live id (can’t sign in, to iis.net forums)

Hi, no idea where else to "get help for this", so, maybe, here, someone has any idea where I can ask, or maybe, an "MVP" can, possibly, help.

 

I have a windows live id, and, have, also, associated it with a iis.net "forums" account.

 

I had used this "windows id", to go into the iis.net forums, previously, and it had been working.

 

Now, today, I would like to go back into the iis forum, using the windows live id (i.e., go to iis.net->sign in->"sign in using windows live). It asks me for the email-pw combo, after entering it, it asks

 

"Let this app access your info?

staging-login.iis.net
Azure Live needs your permission to:
View your profile info and contact list
Azure Live will be able to see your profile info, including your name, gender, display picture, contacts, and friends.
Access your email addresses
Azure Live will be able to see the email addresses in your profile.
You can change these application permissions at any time in your account settings."
 
Click yes, and, I, unfortunately, as of today, always get:
 
"
There's a temporary problem

There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."

 

This has happened, today, with several of the windows live ids I have, and since this morning.

 

This does not seem to happen to all users, as, there are still active topics, with posts from within the last seconds, minutes, hours, etc, in the forum.

 

iis.net says, it is "managed for Microsoft" by "Neudesic, LLC.", so, as it does seem, that this is not absolutely necessiraly a windos live issue (all other windows live services, associated with these accounts, e.g. email, msdn, etc. work, as, expected), so I did contact them, by email,. however, I have gotten no response, and, their online-"support" contact "form" was definitely more geared at high-cost sales, than, anything else.

 

SO, is anyone able to help me, or help me, get help??

I need help to recover an alias hotmail account password when the security question cannot be answered and phone # is invalid

My cousin is elderly and has received an email from Microsoft that he needs a security code and must get it in 7 days.  He has an old Hotmail account and cannot remember the password for his alias Hotmail account ( I don't think he ever even accessed the alias Hotmail account in all these years).  When he logs onto his alias Hotmail account and cannot remember his password he can't remember the answer to his security question either (the name of his pet).  And the phone number on his account (a landline, not cell phone) is not correct because he has since moved into a retirement home.  He is panicked and thinks he will lose access to his old Hotmail account in 7 days.  How can I or you help him with this?  Thank you.
