I set up my outlook account twice under the same email. This created two accounts The primary @yahoo.com and a secondary @yahoo.com (1). I tried to delete both of them and start over again but that just messed everything up. How do I just get one account
without uninstalling MS Office?

I keep trying to verify my account and it wants to send a code to my phone (I try to use my landline as I have no cell) and I go to put my phone number in and WTF? There is no country code for the United States on the list of countries for the phone number.

I have tried several times to unlock my account now however it keeps saying that I need to add more to the security questions and when I've gonr back to add more it has said to me that I've tried too many times. I need my account opened as soon as possible.

I have an Excel file with 250 records in a worksheet which has links to other sheets sharing the same data. When I try to execute sort or filter commands on the master sheet Excel takes inordinate time to complete the task. I am saving my file on Skydrive
and using office365 small business edition licence on my stand alone laptop. I have windows 8 on the laptop. I have shut down all other applications when executing Excel commands.

I've been trying to recover my hotmail account that was hacked recently. I have already submitted the new account verification form twice but apparently the information provided was insufficient. I have provided my personal details such as my name, DOB and previous password used. However,
the answer to my security question was changed so I'm unable to provide that.
Under the Email info section I was told to provide Email addresses of contacts that I've recently sent email to. I have only created this Hotmail account for approximately a month or less and have only sent a couple of emails to a single email address, which
I have provided in the form.
I do not have any billing info under microsoft too.
Thus, I have already provided all possible known information in the form but it seems to be insufficient.
I would gladly appreciate if a Mod assist me in recovering my hotmail account.
