Windows Live Mail FAQ

I've spent a considerable amount of time on several movies using Windows live movie maker; now, when I want to save the project as a movie, the program begins the process, then stops and says "windows movie maker has stopped working." When I click "view details," this is what I get:

I'm not sure if this helps. I've been able to save my movies before (as in it was working earlier this week), now the program will not save at all. I've tried saving "for high definition display," "for computer," with no luck in any case.
I received the following email that appears to be directly from Microsoft. I reported it to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as instructed in Microsoft's security section but, they say they have no way of investigating it. HUH!? MICROSOFT does not have the expertise or equipment to investigate it? They sent me to this discussion board to get answers & someone with the expertise, experience & equipment to check it out. Is there anyone reading this that can help?

I need to retrieve all my Hotmails accounts that was linked to my main Hotmail accounts. Now that Hotmail.com has changed the look and name to Outlook.com, all my Hotmails accounts was removed.
I know that there is an email from Hotmail informing of the changes. As i was too busy and engrossed with my work and sons studies, I didnt take a look at it. I will provide you all my other Hotmail accounts log-in or sign in.
You may contact me for verification purpose. I am really thankful if all my Hotmail accounts are retrieve as i need that accounts to be linked to the main account as usual.
Desperately need all my as I have that accounts for so long and all my precious emails are there. I have been sending queries and help to the helpdesk and no one assist me.
