Question about Outlook Express

Then I got another email saying click here to remove the account... I never did ask to remove my account. 

At this point I got a little paranoid so I decided to reset my password using a different link from outlook.com, as soon as I did this, I tested my new password it woud not work.. I tried my old password... it didnt work, so I tried to log in my other hotmail account that was connected to this email address... it looked like somebody changed the password on BOTH accounts.

I tried looking through the forums, no answers were found.

I tried to fill out the forms by giving it as much informations as I could... it sent an email to my mom's account saying there's not enough informations on it to be helped out even though I filled out every questions except for the billings and junk emails questions.

I'm getting frustrated because I cant find any help under the help centre, I would prefer to talk to someone live, but there is no telephone line for it OR someone to chat online with for help.

I have gone through the user guide as well, and all settings are in place.
