My hotmail account is being hacked.

Please help. I have set up the 2-way sign-in, and am now getting texts to my phone when they are trying to get in. I know for a fact they tried to get in today at 10:28 am and 4:34 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Those same people have already got into my account a couple of days ago, I know this for a fact because they sent a screen shot of my inbox to someone.

Who can help me with this? I need hotmail support, where are they!?!?!?

do i need to purchase office 365 to use Outlook as my email?

My trial period is up and I want to know if I need to purchase Office 365 in order to continue using outlook. com as my main source of email.

Outlook folders and emails have disappeared

I logged into my Outlook today and all my emails and folders have disappeared.  My contacts still remain.  I have not accidently deleted the emails.  Any ideas as to whats happended ?

Emails send from a valid user are getting rejected with the following message


Hi. This is the qmail-send program at rediffmail.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Connected to 65.54.188.110 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 SC-001 (BAY0-MC3-F10) Unfortunately, messages from 114.31.224.125 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

I have checked the senders email is not present in block senders list. In-fact it is present in safe senders list.
Why the emails getting rejected?

When signing in stated code wouldbe needed andsent to unrecognised account why?

Family Safety web filtering is not working after Windows 8 upgrade

Hi I upgraded a laptop to Windows 8 from Vista and family safety is no longer working fully.

I have updated to essentials 2012 and can confirm that Family safety is running. App and time limit restrictions still work great, but the web site filtering does not.

I have web filtering set to Allow List only, with 3 sites listed - google, Wikipedia and BBC - but I can access all web content.

 

I have also tried deleting the files in /ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/Parental Controls as suggested in other posts but this did not work.

I can also confirm that WpcMon.exe is running.

 

Can you advise what the problem might be?
