One of our iPhone users has found that when he adds contacts in Outlook 2010, running on a windows 7 PC, connected to an Exchange 2007 server, and then using Active Sync to get the contacts to his Iphone running iOS 6.1.3 that he only gets names on his iPhone, no numbers, email addresses, etc.
The corporate contacts are complete, it is new contacts he enters into his outlook that do not sync with his iPhone. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Ken
im having problems sending a email. It keeps coming back as failed
What is happening? Everything in Outlook.com is redirected to Bing.com. It started last week. I've had MSN for years and never had any problem with emails.
I HAVE TO SIGN IN EACH TIME AND SAYS IT WILL SEND ME A CODE...DO NOT
UNDERSTAND THIS AND WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DO NOT RECEIVE A CODE WHICH
THEY WERE TO DO SO BY TELEPHONE....AND NOT DONE. WILL I NO LONGER
RECEIVE MY EMAILS...WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE.?????????????
No matter whether I use the "basic" search or advanced, or how many times I refresh and re-try, I continue to get this message, "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook. " When I check the service status, it says Outlook is running fine. Clearly it is not.
I'm using Windows 8, IE 10, all fully patched. What is the problem?
As of 9:30 this a.m. I have been receiving e-mails and gaining access, I have two e-mails regarding secured documents and the system tells me to check internet connection "cannot connect to Outlook right now". What else can I try
