Hi, has this been fixed since the original post in February 2013? My wife and I share an account with different aliases -- having different names for each alias would be very helpful.
My outlook.com credentials are sound as I can access outlook.com via the web and my phone. However today the Office Outlook software on my PC started repeatedly asking from my password. I deleted the outlook.com account from Outlook and tried to re-establish
it. It successfully reaches the server but cannot locate my outlook.com credentials. It then is asks me for my password a couple more times and times out. I did recently change my password.
Have added tags but don't know how to save the edited pic. Using win 7.
- " Cannot complete the save movie wizard, your movie was not saved successfully" - it is saying that I moved the project file, or i dont have enough hard disk space and to check if the save location is still available. none of these are the cause!!!!

I don't know very much at all about windows 8, internet explorer and skydrive,. I have some pics.in skydrive that I want to send to a friend but he does not have skydrive nor windows 8.......so any suggestions as to how I can get these photos to him?
It would be very special if someone could help me out with an old friend.

I am currently receiving the "It looks like someone else might be using your account" message when I try to log-in.
Unfortunately, when I try to get a verification code, the only email address available is my school email, which was deactivated about 4 years ago.
I've done the questionnaire 3 times, which only gives me password reset instructions. When I reset my password and try to log in, alas, I get "It looks like someone else might be using your account". Done this 3 times as of now.
This is extremely frustrating because I can not access my Xbox Live account (which I'm still getting charged for), and I can't access my certification information necessary for my job.
I've spoken with Microsoft support twice, who advised me to "fill out the questionnaire". Thanks guys.
Also spoken to Xbox support, who couldn't help because the account had to be fixed at the Microsoft level first.
I'm BEGGING someone, please help me remedy this issue. I can send you a picture of my drivers license if I have to for verification.

Can someone please help me delete my two Outlook accounts immediately? I created them today but the deactivation of one seems to be affecting the other. I think me signing up and using the "back" button to change the email address name may have contributed
to this. I think a clean slate will fix this problem. Please let me know if I should list the email addresses here or if any other information is required. Thank you.
I set my e-mail to list from oldest to newest. When reading and deleting it will change the order from newest to oldest after a delete. no idea why this happens, anyone?
