Question about Outlook Express

Hi,

I shall start off by saying I HATE HAVING TO GOOF AROUND in order to have a SYSTEM THAT DOES EVERYTHING BY ITSELF

I FIND very frustrating to have to search and try and everything becomes A BIG MESS

I have outlook since ever, and,  I also didn't wan't SKYPE cause why change when its not broken

So Now I've ended somehow obviously goofed big time on my behalf ;   I have now to SKYPE and had to pay twice in order to

get passed the stupid 80% level.

But NOW on my tablet I HAVE 3 different ways

I have regular outlook for usual stuff.

Then I have SKYPE that doesn't seem to communicate/synchronise with each other.

For the last 2 weeks when I look into lets say My MSN contact list it keeps saying synchronising =  HELLO WHAT I DONT HAVE more than

75  contacts.

And ex; someone I know gave me his MSN and I said you don't have to use SKYPE and he said NO WAY I USE Messanger so I tried to

add him and the fringing thing didn't want to accept, so , I said ok I shall try adding it to SKYPE

Cause like I said I'M Stuck WITH BOTH.  So finally I wrote back and said invite me in order to put you here.

So it finally works but NOW I tried with Messanger and it didn't work but No it seems I HAVE 2 different but same e-mails to send to him

but they are both the same E-MAIL=  but don't reconize each other.

So I tried contacting him with one and no reply.

THIS AFTERNOON, he contacts me and NOW each time he sends me a message I end up having it with SKYPE but with a 15 second delay

shows up after with MESSANGER.  WHAT THE heck in lack of better word ???

My system seems really screwed up and I am not the in this field but not the worst either.

And my contacts in my MSN don't transfer to SKYPE and keep leftt hand corner = synchronizing NO WAY At 2 WEEKS ?

I also would like to KNOW if by chance I AM VERY ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY BUT I need to look through a book and see all

the capacities of my tablet= ATIV SMART SAMSUNG, I've called them explaining due to a car accident better for me to look through

the book then stay on line for LONG PERIODS of TIME trying to find information.

I don't understand WHY when we pay our TABLETS $$$$$$ HOW COME we cannot receive instructions to its capacities and

learn and find random information.

I was told to go on line and PRINT ALL THE INFORMATION MYSELF=  HELLO I'M GOING TO USE MY HOME PRINTER TO PRINT

A BOOK OF A PRODUCT THAT I've paid good money for ?

Somehow I cannot believe that company's can treat customers this way.

I'M in my early 40's and was taught to READ INSTRUCTIONS THEN ......... whatever but now its backwards, and, company's

can provide books of instruction to customers demand  NO ?

Isn't that a part of purchasing a product normal to REQUEST AND RECEIVE ?

So I would like someone here to tell me what they would do ?  And are company's allowed to get away with this ?

I understand for the environment but aren't peoples need a priority ?  I agree not to send out large anymore but what

 I don't understand we pay for expensive gadgets but it seems like we have to solve every on our own and become

technicians and waste a lot of time to find the information we need.

PERFECT EXAMPLE HERE WHY CANT THEY PROVIDE BOOKLETS TO CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF MAKING CUSTOMERS BECOME

THEIR HELPERS BUT NOT VERY DEMANDING EMPLOYEES CAUSE WE ALL END UP DOING THIS VOLUNTARILY

SO THEY MAKE GOOD MONEY AND US THE COMMUNITY FORK OUT THE INFORMATION INSTEAD OF THEM HAVING TO

SUPPORT AND FIX AND/OR SUPPLY MANUALS THAT WOULD HELP US.

I know a lot of people may feel offended with my comment here and I am not doing this to be judged, however, I do believe

that we are taking advantage of because they end up making more money cause they don't have to offer support anymore

or at least much less and all the money goes where :  IN THEIR POCKETS

DOES THAT SEEM FAIR  ?  THIS IS MY  OPINION AND I'M SORRY IF SOMEONE FEELS OFFENDED !
