I closed my hotmail account due to problems with my Nokia Lumia 920, I was not aware it was going to close the Skydrive account as well, how can I go about getting my Skydrive content back. I had saved important content which I desperately need. Please

I've had a very similar problem to others here. After the upgrade, every folder I've ever created in the c.15 years i've had this hotmail account was completely emptied of their all emails. This included a folder i created in July with vital work information
in it. My inbox itself doesn't appear to be affected, and still has emails in it dating back years (though i can't be sure how many were in there in the first place).
Just to clarify, this is not a result of my deleting, or conversation threading, etc. I could really do with some direct help on this asap, please. The lost emails is a source of huge distress, and i've stored all the correspondence that has been the most
important to me there

I reset my password without problem

over and over again
how can i escape this loop?
am i trapped forever?
will i ever see my files?

only one time out of 20 does search email work on outlook .... very frustrating
i seem to always get ..." there is a problem the outlook ....etc...etc
