Question about Outlook Express

I set my e-mail to list from oldest to newest. When reading and deleting it will change the order from newest to oldest after a delete. no idea why this happens, anyone?

I provided my cc info to prove I am an adult - (whatever!)  so I can now get into my account as normal via laptop or other computer.  However, the Outlook app on my android will still not let me into account.  What gives?

I have an unusual problem concerning two email names involving the Outlook.com. For simplicity sake I will not be listing the actual email address names. I signed up for Outlook today and initially used "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" as the email address name. I clicked next but before completing the sign up registration I clicked "back" to go back to the initial page and changed the email name to "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***". I completed the sign up registration using this name. However, it looks like I can log onto this account I just created using both "John_Smith" and "John.S". Here's why I think it's the same account:

After creating the account using "John.S" I logged onto Outlook using "John_Smith" to test to see if that name somehow went through as well. It did and I proceeded to close/deactivate the account thinking it's a separate account. After pressing the "deactivate account" button it sends me back to the log in page. I then proceeded to log in Outlook using "John.S" but when I did that it sends me to that same deactivation page. This tells me that the two emails names "John_Smith" and "John.S" are connected to each other and perhaps go to the same account. What really confuses me though is that when I go into account aliases, it only lists the name that I used to log into. For example, if I used "John_Smith" to log on to Outlook then that's the ONLY name that's displayed under account aliases, even though both "John_Smith" and "John.S" are seemingly connected to the same account. They are seemingly connected because if I try to deactivate the account using one name, it will still send me to the same deactivation page when I log into the other name, and I've tested this multiple times.

I think during the sign up process I might have glitched it when pressing "back" to change the email name, which resulted in both names going through as primary aliases. As mentioned earlier, under account aliases only the name I used to log in will be displayed as the primary alias (no other names are displayed), so I cannot simply remove the unwanted alias. It's a very weird situation and I hope someone can assist me. The assistance might be limited because I'm not listing the real email address names, but any guidance on what I should do or who I should talk to will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Our church has just started using Skydrive and so far we think it is great.  We are using a mix of MACs and PCs.  The PCs seem to be working flawlessly.  All three of our MACs show constant skydrive activity on the menu bar and if you click on the skydrive icon each of the MACs say they are download 2 files constantly.  They never get out of this state.  However, the sync functionality seems to be working.  Changes made to the directory tree on the PCs sync with the cloud and show up on the MAC local copy.  Changes made to the directory tree on the MACs sync with the cloud and show up on the PC local copy.  I have tried looking at the log files to figure out which two files the MAC client doesn't like, but I can't figure it out.  Perhaps these two files can be renamed or deleted and the problem will go away.
