Your account is not ready – Child Account – Family Safety

I am having a problem that it seems other users are having, but I am not really seeing the steps to resolve.  I have three child accounts link to my account in Family Safety.  When my son tries to access his email he gets the following error: "Your account is not ready. It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account". 

I have checked all settings, and everything seems fine.  I have also tried to access his email on multiple computers.

Furthermore, it indicates to click the My Family Setting button, and once I do I get an error stating that the page is not found.

His email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I am sure that this probably pertains to the other two accounts that I have as well, but they do not really use their email.

Cannot sign up with domains.live.com – protected word or inappropriate..

Hello,


I am trying to setup my domain email address in outlook.com but am coming up with the following error. "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.".


The domain name is www.pgfnigeria.org which is a non government organisation's site.


Kindly unblock this domain ASAP so I can create this email address urgently.

Error when mass deleting emails “There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer)…”

I want to delete an entire folder of emails (130,000).  When I attempt it, the site appears to be thinking about it but never does it.  The top of the screen then says "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer).  Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service Status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."

 

The Service status page always indicates that everything is working fine.

Using Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. When I open my Contacts, I can see them with no problem. I can add and delete contacts, as well. However, when I try and make a new contact group and go to add new members, the contact list and/or address book is blank, as if it can't see my contacts for some reason. Can someone please help me? Signed up for a outlook.com account, now trying to get my email into it.  Tried the settings prefilled, doesn't work.  Did the advanced settings and confirmed with my provider (Rogers) the server settings (twice), still no joy.  Just keeps say "setting up your account..."  for hours if I let it.  What gives?
