Hi
I am being asked to verify my email address and cannot access it. I cannot remember the alternate email address and although I have put down more than enough information on the questionnaire, it won't accept it. Please can someone help me out here as I am getting unbelievable frustrated with it.
Hello, I am new to Outlook and I really like it. I am not using Microsoft Outlook on desktop though because of privacy concern. Instead, I am signing at outlook.com.
I've got a problem of syncing my emails from a Gmail account to my Outlook account. I did create a send-and-receive Gmail account and I can send emails using either my Outlook address or Gmail address. Then when someone sent me an email to my Gmail account, the email was not synced to the folder on my Outlook automatically. I have to go to More mail settings/Your email accounts/Accounts you've added/Details/Edit and Save, then they say it's retrieving and I got my emails. I have to do that every time I want to check my Gmail. It's really annoying.
Is it just me or it's a limitation of the web Outlook? What should I do?
P/S: I want to get only my new Gmail emails synced to Outlook, not all emails.
