I've checked and double-checked my MX & TXT records for my domain, NATIONALRVDEALERS.COM and have been on the Pending changes for a couple days now. I've canceled service and re-added my domain without luck.

I see, by searching, this is a common issue but doesn't seem to be any for-sure way to resolve without getting MS engineers involved.

How long shoudl I have to wait, and if it is an issue on the MS side, how long should I have to wait for the escalated ticket to be resolved? I've seen others where they have waited in upwards of 6 months and have gotten little to no communication back.

Cannot open Mail Icon in control panel

I currently running windows 8.1 pro bit and the am trying to open the mail icon in the control panel to add/edit one of my accounts. When I try to open from the mail 32 bit icon nothing launches. Any suggestions.

Outlook won’t work on Safari

I upgraded to Snow Leopard and after a few weeks Outlook / Hotmail won't work on Safari.

I have been on the phone to Apple for an hour today trying different things and they couldn't help.

I log in successfully to Outlook and suddenly the page goes blank.

HELP!

Enable the “Reset password” option for my custom domains accounts in Admin Center

Are you able to enable the "Reset password" option for my all custom domains account in Admin Center?

If able to enable it, will the "Reset password" option become as default function? or I have to request every time for each domain?

I am tired of Outlook, every time I've tried to attach a pic,I get a warning about something stopping the next step. What is going on now?

Sorry there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment.

This is then followed with a little box asking me to try to return to Outlook which I do and immediately get connected. But why oh why do I have to go through all this process just to get to my e-mails.  Bad enough that I also have to sign in with my e-mail address and password before I even get to the " Sorry" bit

i submitted the ticket, but  a message says "(My current email address) is not allowed to view this incident". So i cant retrieve an old email that got deleted after a year (WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN??) and the email deletion means my ps3 account now does not exist. Any help on why i cant see it??????
