this is what I receive ALL the time when trying to get a old email to review.......... There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer).........This is one of many issues I am having and another is your customer service. Last time I told them that I updated my browser and I had downloaded Silverlight (microsoft) just like I was told to do. In response I got ...have you tried to upgrad your browser and downloaded silverlight! Obviously you guys don't care to much for what I just said I did or there is so many problems your facing that you guys are just numb the minute you start getting into the issues facing you for the day.

Either way this has been a ongoing problem and there are other issues that I won't bore you with since I cannot get ONE PROBLEM RESOLVED with microsoft outlook. You guys want to be number one in the industry and you cannot handle your communications system. That tells me that there is so much time spent back-slapping NEW ideas and hand shaking going on with new concepts. The problem is that it must be boring for Microsoft to solve customer service issues because I have read the forums and they are going through it too. OUR EMAIL SYSTEM IS BROKE!!! There is a problem and so no one has a solution to it. WHY CAN'T WE AT LEAST HAVE SOMEONE TELL US THAT THIS WILL NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF SO WE CAN AT LEAST FIND OTHER WAYS TO EMAIL SOMEONE WITH OUT ISSUES.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yOU GUYS REALLY HAVE MISSED THE BOAT ON THIS. and I am the easiest going guy there is and you have no idea unless it happens to you that your email system has been giving you fits for over 8 months.

Lastly is there a new idea to fix my problem and many other customers too that I have read. How do you correct being able to look up old emails.
Your message I receive is right ...it is not my computer that is wrong, it is a temporary network connectivity issue that has lasted for over 8 months..

Skydrive PC app cannot log in

I have the problem that I cannot log in from the Skydrive PC app on Windows 7 64bit. It says "logging in..." but it gets stuck forever. My account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I tried another Skydrive account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and it DO works without any problem. So I believe it is a problem with my Skydrive account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I tried changing DNS to public DNS but it doesn't help. I can sign in using the browser. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many time, taken the skydrive address in and out of the truted sites area many times, and still I am unable to use the desktop application. Please help. Thanks a lot!

Skydrive group problem: sorry, something went wrong…

I successfully log into skydrive and click on my group: "ReadersPlus", and then i get the error message: "sorry, something went wrong. please try again or refresh the page"

I get the same problem using...
'version' of skydrive: Skydrive on the web
Browsers: Internet Explorer 10, Firefox 23.0.1
Operating System: Windows 7 enterprise
3 different computers (all windows) and 3 different accounts
I have cleared my cache/cookies and tried to access the group again, still no luck
Skydrive status: "Running normally"; "Account, Outlook, People, Calendar, Skydrive, Connected Services, Messenger, Family Safety" .... all running normally

...also just tried accessing it on my mobile device (samsung galaxy S3, using the internet browser that comes with the software that is installed right out of the box)... but i could not even find the 'groups' header anywhere

We have been using this group for at least 3 years now with no major hiccups like this. It appears that nobody has had access to it regardless of which account we use or which computer we use. One of our group members tried accessing the group and got this error message a few days ago, and today she logged on and the group (i.e. "ReadersPlus") did not show up underneath the "Groups" category... it looked like she was no longer part of the group, though no admin kicked her out. On my account I still see the group, but I get the error message.

this is essential for the operation of our organization, and we're in a bit of a time crunch so immediate help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

No options to recovery my email account

I can't access my Hotmail account. I am pretty sure my account has been hacked. When I tried logging in using my password but tried too many times and failed. I have never had issues before. Now I am blocked from it. I have tried to reset my password using other options. The security question is "Default security question?", which I am assuming is there because I never picked a security question. I don't know the answer to it. I have tried to recover it using the survey option and it says it can't verify me. I have called tech support several times and they gave me all the same spill and have gotten no where. To add to the mess this account is linked to my Xbox live account which now I can't get on to because I have to pass a security check. I can't access any of my saved games and all my purchased content. I have spoke with tech support at Xbox and once again back to square one. This problem has been going on for some time now. I am completely frustrated with all of this.
