Hello, I was wondering if you could help me retrieve one of my email accounts. I haven't been able to access it for 3 months, because it could be compromised. When I tried to get it back via the Microsoft security thing, I didn't qualify to get it back because I couldn't provide sufficient information. I don't really use it to email anyone, but, on top of having the account for 6 years, I do have some things pertaining to college I'd like to view, so, if it's possible, please help me retrieve it.

Thanks very much

Dear Microsoft,

Our domain is cocc.vn and it's a website for our company.
We are a communication company in Vietnam.
We began using outlook.com admin center email for quite a while and we have some problem resetting password for users.
Please kindly add the user password reset feature for us.
Thank you very much.

By the way, since our company has increased in number of employees. Is it possible if we can have more user accounts please.

Thank you very much.

The "flag" icon does not show up.

It's been weeks since I tried to change one of my alias's. But when I tried this morning it gave me this message.

"We limit how frequently you can add aliases to your account. Please try again later."

Thanks for all replies

Rob

I have many, many folders and subfolders on my account. They will not stay hidden - I've tried collapsing them, but when I take an action in hotmail, everything opens up again.

I've tried different PC's, different browsers, different e-mail accounts, but none of them make the sub-folders consistently collapsed/expanded.

I've read the forum and didn't find a fix because everything was done in "private message" and you had to "log-in" before seeing them, even then there were no "private messages" and people were complaining of not seeing them when logged in either.

Screenshots are of no use because it doesn't show the actions!

i.e. Folder List

Inbox
|--\/Test
|    |--Test 2
|    |--Test 3
|--Test 4
|--\/Test 5
|    |--Test 6
|    |--Test 7
|--Test 8

When I close "Test" it initially looks like this:

Inbox
|-->Test
|--Test 4
|--\/Test 5
|    |--Test 6
|    |--Test 7
|--Test 8

When I click anywhere else, the MAY folders pop back to:

Inbox
|--\/Test
|    |--Test 2
|    |--Test 3
|--Test 4
|--\/Test 5
|    |--Test 6
|    |--Test 7
|--Test 8

If I collapse "Test" and "Test 5", it will initially look like:

Inbox
|-->Test
|--Test 4
|-->Test 5
|--Test 8

But when I click anywhere else, the MAY folders pop back to:

Inbox
|-->Test
|--Test 4
|--\/Test 5
|    |--Test 6
|    |--Test 7
|--Test 8

They never stay collapsed.

Please help.

Thanks,

Marty
