Lock out of email due to birthday getting changed now need a parents permission to access it I’m 27!
I am fed up to the back teeth with Outlook.com and the rather pathetic responses from the forum moderators and Microsoft techies saying the problem is fixed - It isn't!
I can hardly ever, seamlessly, access my outlook.com mail. I can generally open 1 or 2 emails and then it locks up with the title message ie, "We can't connect to Outlook at the moment. Please make sure that you're connected to the Internet and try again" or "....... please try later" Everything else works fine. I have a 10 megabyte internet connection and all other services and sites work fine. If I leave Outlook and reload it may, or may not, work for another couple of minutes. I have just returned from France where it worked on my lap top perfectly without any glitches, and sometimes of course it works perfectly at home (UK); but hardly ever. I haven't a clue what the issue is but it is the same whatever browser I use, all of which are up to date. If I could access my msn.com emails on Office 2007 it wouldn't matter so much, but Outlook express seems to be unable to sync or open msn.com mail. And just to continue the gripe, why call two completely different email services the same core name. ie Outlook express and Outlook.com And why will microsoft not just let users roll back to hotmail. Please, please, no automated answers telling me to check my browser or update to internet explorer. I have and it still doesn't work. Plus Opera is a much cleaner experience on my little netbook computer which I carry with me at all times. Please help and no complicated tech language asking for my "cache reload date interface" type information.
after viewing photo or using the 'fine tune',it takes 3-5 minutes to save the photo, also I can no longer upload to twitter,I have to use twit pic, which is too slow. before ,I could upload to twitter, multiple photos, now it says "0 files uploaded" after trying to upload to twitter.

I have tried phone support ... the answering machine sent me to email support .... email support sent me to the community forum ... and the community forum close my thread with no answer (in fact a stupid one) ans sent me back to email support ....
I still don't know if my account on hotmail.com still exist ... is deleted or is blocked .... it seems nobody is able to answer this simple (too simple perhaps ??) question.
So i have found the solution www.gmail.com ...... bye bye outlook and hotmail.
