I have windows 7 home premium (64 bit) OS
Memory 4GB
Hard disk 500 GB
& other processor, resolution and so as required.
I have windows live essentials 2011 and I can't play games with any of my contacts . I get this screen -->>http://i49.tinypic.com/2e2ikye.png
I don't have those problems listed in that page (as the things that i may have trouble with).Also my internet explorer browser (latest) works fine.
I have tried doing the following things to fix my issue though not really worked.
1) Clearing contact cache
2) Repairing all windows live programs.
I even reinstalled windows live essentials.

I found it when i searched for my problem on google & i have tried those 2 few times & then restarting the laptop. UNFORTUNATELY, nothing worked!. Problem is still
there as it was.
I hope someone would help me with this problem .
