When going to CONTACTS tab a 'Not Responding' message is shown and I cannot move away from the screen without exiting Live Mail! Can any one help with this issue?
my laptop can't connect to the outgoing mail server after a recent windows update. I'm using windows live, but outlook won't work either.
I tried changing smtp port 25 to 587 as recommended here in a 2011 reply to no avail. emails are being received ok. What else can I do? I having tried restoring because the updates were extensive and I would rather not change them.

Socket Error: 10060Globe at bottom right shows working offline, when I click to change it to working online it changes back. I am not set up in IE so what else can I do????????????

Have Windows 8 & Windows Live Mail. When putting in contacts for some reason I have duplicate email addresses. Can not get Clean up contacts to work. Is there any way to merge these email addresses so there will not be duplicates except to delete one at a time?
