Hi Guys. I am unable to receive emails from a specific domain which is using an MWEB IP block (ADSL) connection. IThey get bounce back "BAY0-MC2-F42.Bay0.hotmail.com #550 SC-001 (BAY0-MC2-F42) Unfortunately, messages from 41.134.175.36 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. ## For the avoidance of doubt please note that the issue is not related to our email server or the IP addresses specifically allocated to Global BPO. Instead the error refers to the general IP block assigned to MWEB."
Original title: Unable to receive emails on my hotmail.com from a single domain.
Suddenly about four months ago I started getting a lot more spam addressed to my Hotmail address in my inbox. Other email accounts are not effected. It was all very similar and obviously spam. About half of it has the images blocked but a lot does not. I
really want to be able to stop all images, for obvious reasons.
I have looked at another post regarding the same problem, there did not seem to be a resolution.
I have removed then added the guilty Hotmail account; no change.
Is there anything else? If this is not resolved I will have to get rid of Hotmail and/or WLM
