Question about Outlook Express

Why has my Live Mail started banning photos. I have a number of old emails with attachments (mainly old cars) which now show up as Prohibited File Type. These are from different people It seems that any attachment that is a photo is deemed a risk to my computer Can somebody please explain, I dont want to disable my security to view these.

When an email is deleted from outlook webmail it is not deleted in the Mail app. This is very frustrating as neither is up to date. Is there a way  to have one delete from the other?

My girlfriend is unable to get into her account presumably hacked *** Email address is removed for privacy *** because its setup with no secret questions only an email that is now disabled, the account hasn't been logged into for over 12 months so she has no idea of any of her recent received or sent email details is there anyway here account is accessible as she's used it to setup other account & cannot access it to see what her new reset password links are as she's now having her Instagram & Facebook accounts hacked as well?
