Hi,
In Windows Live Mail (the local mail client/manager of W7 and W8), in File--> Options --> Security Options -->Security … I have the "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mails" option ACTIVATED and the “Show images and external content sent from e-mail addresses of my safe senders list” option DEACTIVATED
So, with this configuration it’s supposed that all images (and any other external content) should never be displayed when I open the emails.
However, although most of the images are correctly blocked (with a black cross at the left upper side) in most of the emails…in some SPAM messages (only some of them) there are images (I don´t know how are they embebbed) that are still shown / downloaded without my authorization or permission.
¿where / what’s the problem?
¿Is there any way to avoid this behavior in order to avoid tracking?
Thanks.
Regards.
Original Title: Microsoft Account Address and Alias addresses
I have a Microsoft account with a hotmail E-mail address. I have set up three hotmail alias addresses. I can send E-mails from any of the 3 addresses but the recipient always sees them as coming from my Microsoft A/c address. Also when I receive E-mails they are copied to the 3 Alias addresses regardless. I am using Microsoft Live Mail. What am I doing wrong?
I have transferred my Vista live mail to Windows 7 laptop.
I have 3 accounts and 3 storage folders, one for each account. But it appears Account A is the default for all 3 storage accounts because when I try to reply to a message stored in Storage Account B, Account A is the default account used but I want it to be Account B. Same with when I try to reply to a message stored in Storage Account C, Account A is the default account used but I want it to be Account C.
Of course, if the message stays in Accounts, the default reply account for each one is appropriate - it just happens when I reply from the storage ones.
When I tried to move Storage Account B to Account B, I got the above error message. Appreciate any help - thank you.

I've pulled the drive out of the old laptop and put it into a USB drive kit. I can read the entire drive and have located the old windows live Mail data folder. Is there a way to move that data over to my new Windows live Mail data folder. I don't see any way to run the export data functions for a typical migration.
The old version is Product Version 15.4.3555.0308
Thanks in advance.
