Messages can be received and read but when trying to reply or send a new message nothing happens.

I assume this is because they are meant to have resolved the issue.....they have not.....coming up,to,three weeks now and still nomsign of me getting my hotmail account switched back on......can someone please please please help me

Tonite when I logged on my "Worthwhile" email folder had disappeared along with all my important emails in it. This is not the first time that this has happened.

The first time that happened I started printing out all the stuff I wanted to keep but that created a lot of paper.

I have read I should check my auto archive on my Windows Live email. But where I'm told to check I don't have those tabs (i.e. file).

What can I do so this doesn't happen a third time?

These are the error messages coming up when I try to send or receive.  I updated my mail box at 10:30 am and by 130pm I was unable to send or receive.  Nothing was done to this account for the three hour period.  This just happened all on its own.  Please help!

My OUtlook 10 out of the blue stopped sedning emails.  I was receiving emails.  The error 0x80042112 was displayed with message to conatct the ISP which I did - btinternet.  Totally useless- got me to delete my account (emails did not disappear) and add new to re-create my account.  Now I still can't send emails, but the ones I receive - I see the little box appear when there's a new one - disappear somewhere!  They are not in the Inbox and I've looked in all folders - don't know where they are.  Please help!!!  I am not very technical so please answers in the form of Outlook for Dummies would be much appreciated!!
