Original title: How do I make larger the fonts in the inbow of windows live

I would like to make the fonts in the inbox of my windows live mail larger, I can read them but I have to get quite close, after all I'm 78, so help me out, THANK YOU,  LESTER

Using Windows Live mail, I can receive email from my sbcglobal.net and gmail accounts, but when I click on Create email I get "A problem occurred while trying to open this message". I have removed and reinstalled Windows essentials, and Repaired them with no luck.

Original title: Mail 'send' fails (receive OK) ever since installing a Docsis 3 cable modem

Installation of the modem (Zoom 5341J) yesterday was no-problem, and all works exactly as before on my Win7 (64bit) ... except Win Live Mail refuses to send any messages.  There were no software or configuration changes.  The error message is:

The connection to the server has failed.

    Subject 'windows email test'
    Server: 'smtp.comcast.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
    Protocol: SMTP
    Port: 25
    Secure(SSL): No
    Socket Error: 10013

Comcast is no help.

I have not been able to log into my account for along time.  I just did and now all my emails and folders are deleted.   Please let me know how to recovery all my stuff.   I also can send email.. but not receive email.  When I send email to that account it comes up as mailer daemon fail.

locked out of my hotmail for a month after changing my back-up email account. Please help as I need this for work.

I set up a new email account for my elderly mother in law in Windows 8 Live Mail. I am not familiar with this program. When I hit "Send/Receive" I get a box asking for a password. The password I used to set up the account does not work. Nor does the one in the password slot when the box comes up. It seems to want the password to the incoming server. I've tried everything and cannot find a way to show the password within the Windows Live program. It is not the password for the default account either.

I'm not sure why a password is required at all since I did not set up that security. The box does not give me an option for a forgotten password. Even if it did, it would want to send it to her e-mail address, which is not receiving emails.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Hotmail account has been hacked into and because I cannot verify my account with the alterative email address I had set up for it, it asks me to fill out a form. When I fill out the form with all my correct details, it sends me an email to the email address I have write down and the email says the information I have provided is in correct and every time I fill out this form I double check to see if I have made any mistake and I haven't. Now I cannot fill out the form anymore because I have exceeded the limit. Can somebody help me please?

I receive my email from my Cox.net webmail account and these emails are automatically forwarded to my new Windows Live Mail email account.  Ever since upgrading to Windows 7 Home Premium and the new use of Windows Live Mail for email, I continuously receive duplicate emails from various senders.  When I check my webmail account at Cox there are no duplicate emails listed.  Somewhere in the forwarding process either transmitting or receiving emails are being duplicated.  Cox has checked all the error possibilities on their end and believe this is a Microsoft problem.  Can anyone help with this problem?

thanks, SoonerSlim
