Hello, cannot remove entries in the Blocked Senders List? I highlight the entry; click Delete; and a second later it reappears in the list??? Frustrating. I suspect that the mass marketing companies have devised a way to bypass the Blocked Senders List. Once the info. is applied to the Blocked Senders List you can't delete it. Please remove all entries from my Blocked Senders List, if possible. I have noticed that several people have had this problem, but no one has posted a fix that we can do ourselves? Or I'm missing it? It seems that the tech handles the problem from their end? Well, I would really appreciate if someone could reset my Blocked Senders List to zero entries. Or provide the steps so that I can delete the entries myself.

My email worked ok until yesterday when I started to get error message 0x80004005 when trying to send/receive emails.  This is only happening on my laptop and emails work fine on my desktop.  I've tried repairing Windows Live and also removed and reinstalled but this hasn't worked.  Any help would be appreciated.

Retrieving past emails

My hotmail is only allowing me to see emails from the past 2 weeks.  How can I get or retrieve emails written to me from say, this summer?  I need to get to some of those emails and it's not allowing me to click back to other pages....

Trying to register software with manufacturer but gets rejected because registration email address is not in 'preferred sender list'.

My sister and I used her email to make an xbox live account about 3 or 4 years ago, and we lost the password and don't know the answer to the security question and can't get back in. Is there any way I can get back the account password to use my xbox live again.

I've been using windows live mail for accesing my accounts in my PC (WIN 7) and my Laptop (WIN XP)

I configure my WLM for accesing several hotmail. gmail and yahoo accounts and always worked fine until yesterday in both my PC and Laptop. 

Since yesterday 09-18-2013 WLM still works fine with all of the others accounts (some of them are hotmail account)  except for one of hotmail.com account. I have not changed anything and WLM always asks for a password authentification in spite of the fact that the password is set up. I can access that  hotmail account from internet and everything looks fine ( i.e. my password is correctly set up).

Apparently the problem is that hotmail.com does not authenticate the passwork of that especific account when trying to accees from WLM since yesterday.

I have the email address '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' - but oddly, so does a lady in Australia. I don't know how this is possible, but it's rather irritating recieving emails intended for her, and knowing that certain emails for me have gone to her (although i haven't been able to contact her as I can't email her!). Any help resolving this would be great!

How do I back up my storage folders in Windows Live Mail

My computer requires a new hard drive.  I had to do this a couple of years ago also and when I re-installed my Live Mail, I could not locate my storage folders on my backup system. Please help.  Please speak in lay terms as I am a complete idiot when it comes to this.

emails with attachments do not go through, are lost, why?

Dear all,

These past 2 days I have experienced some troubles with sending emails with attachments, it is very random:
- either the recipient receive or does not received
- either the mail shows or does not show in my sent items
- now most of the time the mail simply disappear and nobody receives anything anymore!!
-and this from a PC and from the IPad
- today even a simple email with no attachment did not go throught
It is very hectic!
Please advise urgently as I use hotmail as my professional email
