How many additional rules for sorting messages do you receive for upgrading to hotmail plus? The rules are effective, but 500 is not enough.

I am trying to use Microsoft office word to do a normal mail merge (using a contacts list in Excel) but the emails don't actually send.... It looks as though it works until you check the 'Sent items' and they don't appear in there, and they do not reach
the intended recipients. Is this a problem with outlook? It is my hotmail account I use for outlook.com but I cannot get mail merges to work. Is it a problem with word? And how do I fix it? Please help!
For some reason, I cannot forward pics that I receive on my cell phone to my email account; when I try to forward pics to my email, I get an error text message (9000) stating "your picture message to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
was not delivered because either you or the recipient has chosen not to receive messages". I called my cell phone carrier, Sprint, and they indicated there are no blocks or restrictions on my cell phone account and that I should check with Microsoft.

Unable to send or receive messages for my Windows Live account. I'm trying to check my email as usual via my email shortcut on my desktop as I normally do. I keep getting this message:

I cannot send or receive mail. I have deleted the account and re-added it. Nothing works. And now that I have deleted the account and re-added it, it cannot sync because it cannot sign me in. It says it cannot sign me in and I have no idea what's wrong
as everything has been fine all day today.

windows live mail 2011 edition came preinstalled onto my laptop but for some reason it has a ton of problems for which i'm baffled! i keep getting the following error messages time and time again even after troubleshooting, 0x80048820 and 0x80048849.
why do i troubleshoot these error messages but they eventually find a way to come back over and over again???? what is going on that either i'm doing wrong or windows live mail is doing wrong???? why does windows live mail 2011 edition have so many glitches????

"Blocked" sender and/or domain is a misnomer. E-mails are not blocked. They are either routed to the spam folder or automatically deleted. Using Windows Live Mail 2011, are "blocked" e-mails routed to the spam folder or automatically deleted?
