Question about Outlook Express

I cannot sign in either. It all of a sudden told me someone was trying to access my account, well, it was me, I had mistyped my password, NOW it has me fill out the form to recover my account, even though I still have it on my cell phone. I filled out the form and it was approved yet the link did not work, it said it expired. Which I clicked it within 10 hours from the time I got the email. NOW I am copying my exact email subjects and emails form my email account and it says that my form could not be verified. WTH??!! I am getting my info FROM my email account!! I do not understand this. I really need help. I have switched cell phones and got a new number so I cannot use the text recover ftr. :( I am looking at my email in my cellphone and copying it directly into the recovery form. Not sure why I was verified once but links didn't work and now it will not verify me.

How do I change my security email address and phone number without locking the account for 30 days?

this might be wrong product/category posting but it's best I could guess...I desperately need your help fixing my error.  In the process of trying to get my microsoft.com account (primary alias email1) to sync with my company intranet (which is a requirement to access company resources) I have "stuck" email2 in limbo land.  I closed the email2 microsoft.com account so when I try to login it says "doesn't exist" and when I try to add it as an alias (which is my ultimate need) to my main miscrosoft.com account (email1) it says "email taken"....help! email1 is my personal email and email2 is business...pls help, I MUST be able to add email2 as an alias to my primary email1 microsoft.com account....thx in advance

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, run the fix wlarp, checked the services, restarted the Live Id service; finally uninstalled the user and recreated the user.  That worked the first time and not there after.

Begging if December my email account said I'd entered an incorrect password, this later showed either my emails were hacked or I'd opened spam. For the past 6 weeks I've called spoken to numerous online chat advisors, filled out every form I've been sent more then once and still nothing! My case has been escalated many many times and my case number is 1227720673! 

Long story short: my hard drive crashed last week so I had to re-install Windows 8.1 (although I was using Windows 8 before) and then install Windows Live Mail. 

When I'm in WLM and reading an email, the fonts are kind of weird in the sense that they are spaced much differently side by side (kerning).  Yet when I'm writing an email, everything looks fine.  Everywhere else on my computer (internet, MS Word), everything is fine as well.

I tried playing around with the "Read" settings in WLM, but nothing helped (changing fonts, etc).  Then I even restored Windows to an earlier time, that didn't help either.  Then I "repaired" Live Essentials, but that didn't do anything.

One thing I should say is that when I was re-installing Windows, I copied my old fonts from Windows 8.0 into the new Windows fonts folder and overrode what was there (since I have extra fonts).  Maybe I should not have done this, and just installed the new fonts.  But I can't imagine this is the problem since the fonts everywhere else, and even in WLM when writing an email, look fine.



The text on the left is written, and everything is fine.  Yet when I'm reading it (on the right), the spacing is different and more spread out.  I know it may not look like it here (since it's too small), but believe me, when I read it in 12 point in a paragraph, it looks very different.

And also, in some emails that I read, the fonts are even completely different fonts from the settings and even change to different fonts when I go back into WLM and the same email, which is very strange.

Do you know what the problem is?  Will I have to re-install WLM?
