I can’t remember the password to my hotmail accounts

I can't remember the password to two of my hotmail accounts and I put secret answers that I can not remember how would i recover the passwords when I try to give them more detailed information they say that it isn't enough. How do i recover the password I need that email because it is connected to another account I need and it keeps sending the email i need there.

my hotmail/outlook account is locked because because my birthdate was changed and it’s now a child’s account. how do i get back in to change it?

i didn't want my birthdate assocated with my account, so I went to change it, and it inadvertently landed on 2013...it is now a child's account so i can't get back in to change the birth date.  I tried to open a new account and link them, but it has to be verified, but of course i can't get back in without parental verfication.  this is my PRIMARY account and i need to access ASAP.

Problem I have is with Microsoft mail. I have a live account which I use my iPhone and laptop to gain access. All going great and no problems until I accessed it though my iPad. Since then my inbox only has today and yesterday's emails. I can't seem to find any earlier messages. They seem to have vanished, even if I access my email inbox from my laptop. Luckily I still have them on my phone. It's as if the sever has deleted them. Is there anyway I can retrieve them and how?
I would be very grateful to find out.

Hello, please need urgent support on solving this situation

Not able to receive emails to my hotmail account since yesterday at 8:30 am... then I received a few emails in the afternoon, including some i sent to my own account as tests...
this morning not receiving since 6:30 am
checked all the forums
checked all the settings ( Junk Mails - Safe Receivers ) etc... all ok
I can send emails to other accounts and people ( hotmail and other servers )

NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE EMAILS on my hotmail account please help

cant open any e-mails after installing windows 8.1

Hello,

I cant open any e-mails from Hotmail after installing windows 8.1 from windows 8. I have ran all virus/ malware/spyware and rebooted. I have tried  the trouble shooting tips and still nothing works.  I thought maybe since its a new download I should install the mail app.  I seen once where it tells me the outlook app is already installed yet I don't see it from the start screen.  When I use the Hotmail I go there through internet explorer. I can delete e-mails and everything else but cannot open anything in any folders.  I am using home desk top. I am not sure if that makes any difference?

I recently had to change my password. This is strange to me as i did not forget my password and think it was changed without my knowledge . What i would like to know is how can i find out when my password was changed? Prior to me doing it myself and on what kind of deviceor region if possible?

Any help with this would be great

When I am sending potential customers my website address, it doesn't come up in blue so that they can just click on it and see
my website.  It remains black.  What do I do to get it to be blue.  I have started it with   http://    or just www.  but neither makes the
