the inbox receives only on periods of certain hours... I can send emails... but not receive
checked all the forums, checked all of my settings
not answers from Microsoft yet....
pleas help it is urgent for me to reactivate my inbox

For some reason when i send email from my outlook account to gmail account in the upper right side it shows a photograph of mine that is propably taken from a social media like Instagram or Facebook.
i've searched but i couldnt find any solutions to remove it.
i olny tried to to do this: i went on More Email Setting-> Reading Email->content from third-party networks and i choosed Dont show public content from third-party networks but nothing changed.
What can i do to hide or delete my personal photo?
Note that its not my outlook photo as i said before its propably taken from a social media.

All of the account settings in Windows 8.1 appear to be syncing correctly, but the favorites are not. I ran the Microsoft Account Troubleshooter several times, but all I get is the error saying, "Problem with Microsoft account policy."
I did a clean install of Windows 8, then upgraded to Windows 8.1. The only other software I installed is Office 2013 with my Office365 subscription. My Windows 8.1 computer is joined to a domain with a Windows Server 2008 R2.
I'm trying to setup the securtiy options for my account, but it keeps giving me the "Help us protect your account" page and wants to give me a code. So far so good. I appreciate Microsoft trying to keep my data secure. That said, the only option I have for retrieve the code is the account I'm trying to setup the security options for. So, I can never get a code. Please provide some guidance for resolving this problem.

I've mapped sky drive to my laptop so all folders/files created on Sky drive or Laptop are automatically synced. BUT I want to create Some files/folder on Sky drive and should remain there only and Not be synced to my Laptop as sometimes my Laptop is shared by other people.
Is there any way to do this? Thanks for reading and will appreciate any solution, if any. I don't want to open another sky drive account.
Until two weeks ago I was able to Search and find ALL emails from a Sender. Now when I put a Sender’s name in the Search box, all that appear are emails from the last few days even though there are many more older emails from the Sender in my Inbox that I trying to find. What do I need to do to find ALL emails from the requested Sender?
