Hi, I've upgraded to Windows 8.1 and can no longer access the SkyDrive tray icon. Although my files are being synced (I've checked with my iPhone), I would like to know if it is still possible to view the tray icon with the green swoosh and status e.g. "SkyDrive is updating your files" when I save a file.

Also, Windows Explorer no longer shows checks to verify that my files have been synced on SkyDrive.

Can someone please advise how I can rectify the above two issues. Thank you.

How do I create an appointment that occurs every two weeks. The website does not give me the option for every other week. It's daily, weekly or monthly.

Have also had hundreds of emails disappear from my inbox

Over the last two days I have had hundreds of emails disappear from my inbox.  I have not deleted any, nor was I aware of any change over or upgrade.  Could you please reinstate them asap, as they are important.  Many thanks.

 

SkyDrive pushed older files back to my computer, replacing newer ones

I had stopped using SkyDrive for a while, therefore some files on my computer were newer than those of the same names on SkyDrive. When I restarted SkyDrive a couple of days ago, it pushed the older files on SkyDrive back onto my computer, replacing the up-to-date ones on my computer without any warning! Now I lost some important data, my accounting database in particular!

Is there anyway to recover my most up-to-date files? Please help!!!

desktop outlook pop3 server name???

I just changed to using live.com for my domain cherylcato.com, but when I did my desktop outlook was not able to access my email.  What incoming and outgoing server names should I use for the desktop outlook?

Cannot receive some emails?

We are having trouble with some clients unable to send emails to our domain (Hosted with Outlook.com)

Some users are getting a bounced back email message along the lines of email cannot be delivered or recipient unknown at this domain.

Here is an example bounced back message:

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:  RE: test email message

      Sent:     5/09/2013 1:36 p.m.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      'Mike Stevenson' on 5/09/2013 1:36 p.m.

            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.

            <DMSERVER.dm.local #5.5.0 smtp;550 Invalid recipient: <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>>"


The issue is only with "some" clients, others have no problem reaching us at all.


Have checked out domain for blacklisting at mxtoolbox.com with no problems.


Is anyone able to shed some light on this?


Our domain is as above "epicsystems.co.nz"

I was not receiving emails and I had sent a few test emails. I started to receive emails again however I have not received any of the test emails or other emails that I should have received. How can I find these emails?

Skydrive app menus

Hello, I'm using the skydrive app on windows 7.
In my region and language settings my format is set to Hebrew (Israel) and Location is set to Israel also.
When I right lock on the skydrive tray icon the text is alighted to the right (Hebrew is a RTL language).
But if the text is in English, it should be align to the left.
Other programs of my PC don't exhibit this behavior.
