Cannot send outlook emails with a file attachment

I recently cannot attach some files (not a photo file but a file like Microsoft software file e.g. Microsoft Word or Excel and PDF files) to my outlook email when trying to send an email with an attached document. As soon as I add the attachment to the email,  there is a problem between outlook and internet explorer and the email program in outlook is closed by Internet Explorer and I lose the email that I am drafting. I now have to be sending attached files from my other email accounts and not from outlook or my hotmail account which is very inconvenient. Please fix this problem immediately for Outlook users with Internet Explorer 10.

Account locked due to Security Info verification. Causing delay in many important tasks.

Here is the problem:


I registered as a Windows Store Developer about a year ago. I didn't go to the Developer Dashboard until a couple of months ago. When I did, I was faced with a request to verify my account using a code. The email that was selected by default in the options to send the verification code to was no longer accessible to me. So I added an alternative email, received a verification code and entered it. It told me I had to wait 30 days before everything restored. Well, about a month and a half later I came back to check again and it was locked yet again. Asking me to again verify the account. I did the same thing again and it is locked again for almost a month from today.


It's halting me from several important tasks. First, I have a tons of apps lined up to be submitted but I can't access the Windows Store dashboard so everything gets delayed for a month.


Second, Windows 8 keeps asking me to verify my identity and when I try to do so, it tells me that I must wait for 30 days because the verification is completed.


Please help me restore my account. I already waited a month before only to get the same problem all over again. Waiting again for another 30 days will delay this way too much.


Please let me know if you need any more information.

Is there a way that I can add my picture to my e-mail as part of my signature? So it can be displayed every time I send an e-mail?

Hotmail Folders

When my Hotmail was moved to Outlook none of my folders, with saved items were moved  also. I have important messages in those folders and do not know how to retreive them.

Game app restriction not working

My son has a Windows 7 laptop.
I have app restrictions turned on and World of Warcraft blocked, including wow.exe, wow-64.exe, World of Warcraft Public Test Launcher.exe
I also have game restrictions turned on, set to early childhood and World of Warcraft blocked.

So why is he still able to play World of Warcraft?

Wrong Skydrive Syncing with Powerpoint

Hey,

I, at one point, used the Skydrive from my previous client, however I now have a new SD, and I can't figure out how to change the Skydrive I sync to. I've looked everywhere and cannot find the option to switch the account. Anyone have any insights?
