I have explorer for my web browser and I cannot send an email from my Hotmail but I can from firefox what has happened?
How do I delete unwanted Frequeny Contact Addresses that are not found in people lists!

I get this problem intermittently and with time it usually goes away. But today I've been waiting to access my emails since 8am and it is now after 1pm. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Here is the message I get. What causes this and is there a way round it and a way to fix it permanently? Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Carole Saylor (morlaine)

After updating to Mavericks, I can't get the Skydrive app to work. When I run the app it acts like I'm a first time user and when I try signing in, I get the following:
I tried giving full permissions to the Skydrive login in Keychain Access, but that didn't work. I then deleted it. I also tried deleting the "com.microsoft.skydrive-mac" folder in ~/Library/Containers. And finally I also tried installing Skydrive again.
Nothing has worked.
I am getting the following error setting up a couple accounts:
"That account name is not allowed for use with this service"

I want to change my password and the rules have gone so mental that i can't have the one i want and so i won't remember one that i make up and will have to change it every time. I want one i've had before but I only had to change it because microsoft
mucked up and locked me out saying i'd entered the wrong one too many times when i'd entered it once and it was correct. So i would like to talk to someone to change it to the one i want.
I recently tried to sign in to SkyDrive only to receive a message saying my account has been "shut down/taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement or Code of Conduct". I clicked the link to contact customer support and completed the request to re-instate my account so that I could remove any violating content. The Online Safety Team replied and told me to reset my password, which I did but this had no effect. I contacted the Online Safety Team again telling them that my account was still offline and they told me to post my problem on here.
I am trying to resolve this but as yet no one from Microsoft has been able to tell me why my account has been taken offline, what content has violated the Terms of Use or allowed me to take action to comply with the TOU. So what do I have to do to get my account re-activated?
Since I replaced my old iPhone with a new one, I am not able to send any emails anymore. What do I have to change to make it work again? The settings appear to be fine
Having difficulty setting up accounts for family members -- blocking adult sites for children. How do I revise settings for users already in place? Please advise & many thanks.
I really don't need or want Sky Drive--so how can I get rid of it? That wasn't a problem till I upgraded to Win 8.1.
